POD License
The POD License is an addendum to a Commercial License that applies to products explicitly designated with this type of license. This license removes the restriction on mandatory design modifications for uploading them to third-party print-on-demand services and allows uploading designs “as is.” It is also a complimentary license; it does not need to be purchased separately. However, it is available only on specific products that authors have chosen to supplement with this license.
Permissions and Limitations
This license complements the commercial license and removes certain restrictions, but all other rules described in the commercial license remain in effect. Therefore, please ensure that you have carefully reviewed the terms of the commercial license to avoid any confusion.
Permitted Usage
Allowed, everything that is described in the commercial license in the permitted usage section. + This additional license allows you to produce physical products on your behalf with the help of third-party print-on-demand (POD) companies.
You can:
- You have the option to submit or upload a licensed design directly to any POD company, allowing them to produce finished physical products on your behalf.
- The finished products from the POD company can be shipped directly to your customers or delivered to you.
- You have the option to submit or download the licensed design "as is" directly to any third-party printer, manufacturer, or other such entity, enabling them to produce finished physical goods on your behalf.
Prohibited Usage
All prohibited uses listed in the commercial license remain valid, except for those explicitly described in this license as permitted. We also want to clarify some points of this license that it does not allow you to do.
You may not:
- Does not pertain to transferring designs "as is" to any individual, company, or third party for the purpose of printing finished goods for their personal use.
- Do not transfer designs "as is" to any third party with the intention of sharing the designs with others for any purpose.
- All designs forwarded to the on-demand printing company, printer, manufacturer, or any third-party entity are exclusively intended for producing finished physical goods tailored for your use and that of your customers.
- You may not use our products "as is" to create digital items. Below, we'll provide examples of the right and wrong usage of our products.
All rights and obligations stipulated in the commercial license persist unless explicitly altered by this license. Upon purchasing digital goods on the website cutergb.com, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and agree to comply with the rules and provisions outlined in both this license and the commercial license.
