  2. If there are any payment processing delays, you’ll receive download links via email sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Most of the files available on our website are packaged in .zip archives. This format allows multiple files to be compressed into one. To unpack the archive, you’ll need an archiving program such as the free program 7zip, available for download from the official website. To extract an archive, right-click on it and select “unzip.”

  4. An incorrect email address was provided during checkout. In such cases, please contact us and report the issue; we’ll locate your order and deliver your files.

Several reasons might cause issues with file downloads:

  1. Insufficient space on your disk. Free up space on your disk and try downloading the file again.
  2. Internet connection problems. Check your internet connection; there might be issues with it.
  3. Your firewall might be blocking file downloads. Check your firewall settings and disable any blocks.
  4. Incorrect antivirus settings. Your antivirus might be blocking file downloads; review your antivirus settings.
  5. Server error where files are stored. This happens rarely, but if the link stops working and the files aren’t downloading, there might be an issue on the file storage server. Wait for a few hours and try downloading again.

f you’re having trouble extracting an archive, a few reasons might explain this:

  1. The archive wasn’t fully downloaded. Sometimes, if the archive’s size is significant and your internet connection is poor, there might be micro-interruptions causing archive corruption. In such cases, download the archive again. If your internet connection isn’t fast, we recommend downloading archives one by one rather than all at once for better chances of them being intact.
  2. The archive is corrupted. We check all archives before publication, but technical errors cannot be entirely ruled out. If this happens, please contact us so that we can address the issue and send you a working archive.
